Warranty
To initiate a warranty claim, the product should be returned to the retailer at the customer’s cost, along with the attached invoice. Parts susceptible to wear and tear (e.g., clips), material protection, and stickers are also not covered by the warranty.
Return and exchange
You can return or exchange the product within 14 days after delivery, provided it shows no signs of use and remains in the same condition as when delivered. The product must be returned in its original packaging.
